Shipping Policy

We currently ship to addresses within India only. We do not offer international shipping at this time. Deliverability to your PIN code is checked at checkout.

Orders are dispatched promptly after your payment is confirmed. Because every piece is one-of-one, there is only ever one of each item, so we pack and ship it with care.

Once dispatched, deliveries typically take 3–7 business days depending on your location. Remote or non-metro PIN codes may take a little longer. These timelines are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed.

• Free shipping on orders of ₹1,000 and above.
• A flat ₹100 shipping fee applies to orders below ₹1,000.

Once your order ships, a Delhivery tracking number is added to your order and you can follow it from your order confirmation page or directly on Delhivery's tracking site. If you don't receive tracking within a few days of ordering, just reach out.

Please make sure your shipping address and phone number are correct at checkout. We're not able to redirect a parcel once it has shipped, and incorrect details may lead to delays or a returned parcel.

Occasionally, couriers experience delays due to weather, regional disruptions, or operational issues beyond our control. We'll always help you follow up with the courier if something seems stuck.

If a parcel is returned to us as undeliverable (for example, an incorrect address or repeated failed delivery attempts), we'll contact you to arrange re-shipping or, where the order cannot be fulfilled, a refund in line with our Cancellation & Refunds Policy.
