“Hotgirl Hangers” (“we”, “us”, “our”) is an online thrift store based in Mumbai, India, selling curated, one-of-a-kind pre-loved fashion. “You” means the person browsing or purchasing from the site.

You must be at least 18 years old, or accessing the site under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian, and able to enter into a legally binding contract, to place an order.

Every piece we sell is second-hand and one-of-one: there is only ever one of each item. We describe and photograph each piece as accurately as possible, including any visible flaws or signs of wear. Pre-loved items naturally carry minor imperfections consistent with their age and condition.

Colours and details may appear slightly different on different screens. Such variations and minor wear consistent with the description are not considered defects.

All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹) and are payable at checkout. Payments are processed securely through our payment partner, Razorpay. We do not receive or store your full card or banking details.

We make every effort to ensure prices are accurate. In the rare event of a pricing or listing error, we reserve the right to cancel the affected order and refund any amount paid.

Placing an order is an offer to purchase. Because items are single-quantity, an item may occasionally become unavailable. We reserve the right to accept or decline any order, and to cancel an order we cannot fulfil, in which case you receive a full refund of any amount paid for that order.

All sales are final. Cancellations, returns, and refunds are governed by our Cancellation & Refunds Policy, which forms part of these terms.

All content on this site, including text, photographs, graphics, and branding, belongs to Hotgirl Hangers and may not be copied, reproduced, or used without our written permission.

You agree not to use the site for any unlawful purpose, to attempt to interfere with its operation or security, or to place fraudulent orders. We may suspend or refuse service where we reasonably suspect misuse.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Hotgirl Hangers is not liable for any indirect or consequential loss arising from your use of the site or our products. Our total liability in connection with any order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Mumbai, Maharashtra.

We may update these terms from time to time. The version published on this page at the time of your order applies to that order. Please check back periodically.
